Senior Test Engineer who tests the whole chain – from servers, security systems and APIs
under the hood to what the user actually experiences. Today my testing is AI-driven with
Claude, a way of working I introduced in our project, combined with manual testing to
verify the work. My foundation is in classic test automation with Playwright, Cypress and
Selenium. I work in both web and desktop environments on the ArcGIS platform – Pro, Server
and Portal.
With a background as a technical writer and coordinator, including several years at
Ericsson in Istanbul, I quickly get to grips with complex systems and communicate clearly
with developers, customers and stakeholders.

Introduced AI-driven testing with Claude in the project. Claude also supports the bug and verification workflow.
Manual testing to verify the work, as a complement to AI-driven testing.
End-to-end testing of the whole chain: servers, security systems, APIs, databases and frontend.
Verification in SQL databases for logging, security and more – writing SQL statements and navigating tables and views to find and verify data.
API testing of REST APIs, including internal APIs under the hood.
Running Python scripts to find gaps in execution, such as missing exception handling.
Testing widgets that we build and deploy in ArcGIS Portal.
Testing in ArcGIS Server and in desktop environments with ArcGIS Pro and add-ins.
Testing features and user stories in Azure DevOps and linking bug reports to them when defects are found.
Responsible for making sure bugs are registered correctly, followed up once development has updated the service, verified and closed – with clear messages to the customer portal and internal release notes.
